Many things have changed since Series 1 - Grace has moved out and Jack has gotten married. But, since Grace is just across the hallway and Jack is married to Rosario, expect more hysterical situations, sharper comedy, and more of the bitchiest one liners. And some things will never change; Grace is still crazy, Jack is still on the pull 24-7, Will is still singing, and Karen, well, she's still Karen! Episode 13: Acting Out When a kiss between two gay men scheduled to air on T V doesn't happen, Will and Jack go to the network to complain and have an unexpected meeting with the " Today" show's Al Roker (guest-starring as himself). Episode 14: Seeds of Discontent Will's best friend from high school, Claire (guest stars Mary Price, " Lateline"), comes to visit, with an unusual request - she would like her former classmate to donate the fruit of his loins so she can have a baby. Episode 15 : Sweet and Sour Charity After winning a call-in radio contest for prized concert tickets, Grace vows to reciprocate and volunteers her time to charity, but when she recruits Will to join her at a community centre, she quickly begs off her commitment when it conflicts with her busy social calendar. Meanwhile, Karen and Jack don't escape either from Grace's new found charity which forces Karen to rifle through her closet - and allows Jack to accidentally donate a pair of Karen's most-prized shoes. Episode 16: Hey La, Hey La, My ex-boyfriend's Back Will's ex-boyfriend Michael (guests star Chris Potter) is back in town and Will gets the vibe he just might want to rekindle their relationship. In a rare moment of self-evaluation, Karen decides that it's time for her to become a more involved employee at Grace Adler Designs and asks Grace for some added responsibilities.

Will & Grace debuted with a controversial splash because one of its two lead characters is gay-but smart writing and topnotch performances, not politics, have made the show a hit. Two neurotic and sharp-tongued urbanites-gay lawyer Will ( Eric Mc Cormack) and straight interior designer Grace ( Debra Messing)-delight in their volatile but enduring friendship as they share a sumptuous New York apartment. Sweeping into the mix are Wills unapologetically queeny friend Jack ( Sean Hayes) and Graces wildly eccentric assistant Karen ( Megan Mullally). Much like Seinfeld, the humor on Will & Grace springs from self-obsession, petty jealousy, and compulsive interfering in each others lives-basically, the building blocks of human nature. The shows writers apparently feel compelled to keep the lead characters warm and likeable in the usual sitcom mode (which hardly seems necessary, as Mc Cormack and Messing are naturally engaging). As a result, its Jack and Karen who get free reign to be truly obnoxious and ridiculous-which, of course, makes them incredibly funny and charismatic. Hayes and Mullally rise to the occasion, ripping through absurd situations and arias of narcissistic wit with dazzling panache. Will & Graces plots routinely center around scenarios that could feature a married couple or two same-sex roommates: Will and Grace bicker over buying a dog, find their relationship tested by apartment renovations, or discover theyre both pursuing the same guy-standard sitcom material that the gay factor gives a clever spin. Though their relationship gets in the way of their sex lives, the two take so much pleasure in each others company that they cant help but stick together-a surprisingly chaste theme for such a culturally groundbreaking show, but one that Will & Graces addicted audience undoubtedly appreciates. -Bret Fetzer
