The Better LifeAudio CD 3 Doors Down werden in den U S A bereits als die neuen Superstars gehandelt und das nicht zu Unrecht. < I> The Better Life entpuppt sich beim Hören nämlich als supercoole Ansammlung von Hits, die es in sich haben. Die Mischung aus Indie-Geschrammel, Pop-Punk und leichten Grunge-Ingredienzen bleibt nämlich zu jeder Sekunde massenkompatibel, unterschreitet dabei aber zu keiner Sekunde einen gewissen Anspruch. < P> Ob man nun den hittigen Opener " Kryptonite" oder das melancholische und enorm eingängige " Loser" anspielt; stets erwischt man sich selbst mit einem Pfeifen auf den Lippen. Für Fans von Live oder Bush sollten 3 Doors Down ohne Zweifel die Newcomer des Jahres sein. Dazu kommen weitere Höhepunkte wie " Not Enough", " Life Of My Own" oder " So I Need You", die als Beweis dafür herhalten dürften, dass die Amis mehr als eine Eintagsfliege sein sollten.
